Tottenham continue their battle for a top four finish as they travel to meet Bournemouth on Saturday morning.

Spurs are third in the league with 70 points, two above Chelsea who sit fourth and are four above rivals Arsenal.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have one win in five games after two consecutive losses at home, most recently a 1-0 loss in the semifinal of the Champions League against Ajax.

The Cherries are 14th with 42 points and a win would see them climb as high as 12th.

Eddie Howe’s team have won just twice in 12 games after a 3-3 draw with Southampton, and are winless in five games at home.

Spurs are unbeaten in eight games against Saturday’s opposition with seven wins and a draw. They most recently won 5-0 at Wembley on Boxing Day.

Heung-min Son has scored four goals in the last two meetings.

Team news

Bournemouth have a lengthy injury list with Andrew Surman, Dominic Solanke, Charlie Daniels, Dan Gosling, Simon Francis, Junior Stanislas, and Lewis Cook are all out.

Spurs will be without Harry Kane, Serge Aurier, and Harry Winks. Jan Vertonghen is doubtful after suffering a head injury against Ajax.

Kickoff is at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning at Vitality Stadium. The game will be televised in Canada on TSN 1/4.
