The L.A. Galaxy will be looking to put an end to their poor form when they head east to meet Orlando City on Friday night.

L.A. (7-5-1) are fourth in the West with 22 points; four above Minnesota United and have lost their last four games after a 1-0 loss at home against the Colorado Rapids, who earned their first win of the season.

Orlando (4-6-3) are 10th in the East right now and snapped a four-game winless run with a big 5-1 win over FC Cincinnati last weekend; Tesho Akindele and Nani got a brace each while Dom Dwyer came off the bench to get one.

The sides have met four times with two wins each. The Galaxy have won both games in L.A.; 4-3 and 4-2, while the Lions have won 4-0 and 2-1 in Florida.

Team news

Nani returned to the team after missing one game, Carlos Ascues is out injured while Dwyer is suspended with yellow card accumulation.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is serving the second of his two-game ban, Romain Alessandrini is still out while Perry Kitchen was an unused substitute in the loss on the weekend.

Kickoff is at 7 p.m. ET. on Friday evening at Orlando City Stadium. The game will be streamed in Canada on DAZN, and in the U.S. on UniMas.
