Man Utd look to extend lead as they face Atalanta

Man Utd 3-2 Atalanta: Cristiano Ronaldo completes comeback to relieve pressure on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer | Football News | Sky Sports

Manchester United could have one foot in the round of 16 on Tuesday when they travel to face Atalanta.

The Red Devils are top of the group with six points and if they win, would need just one point from their final two games to advance. They have two wins in five games after a 3-0 win against Spurs on Saturday.

Atalanta are second in the group with four points and have one win from their last four games following a 2-2 draw with Lazio on the weekend.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a late winner a couple of weeks ago as United came from two down to win 3-2. United have six wins, three draws and 11 losses in Italy, while Atalanta have one win in three games at home to English clubs.

The hosts are missing Hans Hateboer, Mattia Pessina and Robin Gosens while United will be without Anthony Martial.

Kickoff is at 4 p.m. EDT. on Tuesday afternoon at Gewiss Stadium. The game will be shown in Canada on DAZN.
