RB Leipzig are down in eighth with 15 points and are unbeaten in four with two wins and two draws after they scored a late goal in a 2-2 stalemate with PSG.
Dortmund have won the last four between the sides, with the most recent coming in the DFB Pokal Final when they won 4-1.
The hosts are missing Manuel Saracchi, Marcel Halstenberg and Lukas Klostermann while Dortmund have a lengthy injury list, missing Emre Can, Erling Haaland, Giovani Reyna, Mahoud Dahoud, Nico Schulz, Raphael Guerreiro and Mateu Morey.
Kickoff is at 1:30 p.m. EDT. on Saturday afternoon at the RB Arena. The game will be shown in Canada on Sportsnet World.
