The Bavarians have won six in a row against Dortmund with the most recent clash ending 3-1 for the champions in the Super Cup in August.
Marco Rose will be without Giovani Reyna, Jude Bellingham, Mateu Morey, Thorgan Hazard, Roman Burki and Youssoufa Moukoko.
Bayern are missing Tanguy Nianzou, Marcel Sabitzer, Joshua Kimmich and Eric Maxim Choup-Moting.
