Inter Milan are second with 10 points and will top the group with a win. They are currently on a five-game winning run following their 3-0 win on the road against AS Roma.
The last time they faced it was a 1-0 Madrid win at the Giuseppe Meazza, and Real have won the last three meetings between the sides.
Karim Benzema is out injured for Real Madrid, while Inter will be without Matteo Darmian, Aleksandar Kolvarov, Joaquin Correa and Stefan de Vrij.
Kickoff is at 3 p.m. EST. on Tuesday afternoon at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. The game will be shown in Canada on DAZN.
